Guy's Approach
Guy is a graduate of The University of Tennessee College of Law with experience in the holistic representation of clients facing criminal charges. Guy seeks to identify his Clients' key non-legal needs, and link them to resources to address housing, shelter, substance misuse, and mental health challenges.
Guy's Experience
As a prior Assistant Public Defender, Guy represented misdemeanor and DUI clients at bond hearings and preliminary hearings in General Sessions and Criminal Court. His experience includes negotiating with district attorneys, motions to suppress, legal research, and advocating for his clients before judges in both General Sessions and Criminal Courts in Knox County.
